Easiest Grader (easiestgrader.com) is operated by National Black Library LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). When you use Easiest Grader, your contract is with National Black Library LLC.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Easiest Grader is a web tool for teachers. It reads scanned student papers identified by grade level, period and seat, grades them against a teacher-supplied answer key with AI, and produces triage reports. Free accounts include a monthly page allowance; paid page packs and passes add more pages.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use the service for a school or organization you must have authority to do so. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must keep your account information accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of student privacy laws that apply to you;
• fraud, spam, or impersonation;
• uploading material that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with security, including malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing usage limits;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service;
• trying to get the AI to produce illegal, hateful, or harmful content, or otherwise jailbreaking it.

5. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the papers, answer keys, and other content you upload, and you must have the right to upload them. You give us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service. Papers are processed to grade them and are not kept as stored student records. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the results.

AI grading can be wrong. Handwriting recognition, seat matching, and scores may be inaccurate. Review results, especially flagged papers, before you record grades. Final grading decisions are always yours.

We may remove content, refuse or filter output, or restrict accounts that break these Terms. To report content that infringes your rights, call 1-833-550-0306 or write to the address above. We will suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and all of its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, sticker templates, and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

7. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Page packs are one-time purchases. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, your account data is deleted within a reasonable time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow that.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
